Part of your new patient agreement is to have integrity with attending meetings sober and on time.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel any appointment within 24 hours of a consultation then you are liable for 50% of the consultation cost that day.

Payment for consultation and medicine must be made before medicine is dispensed and/or posted.
