A new intake of stock has meant that I am now the proud owner of a capsule maker, approximately 5 bags of loose tea, 2 bags of herbal powders, and approximately 40 tinctures in various strengths.
The dispensary at Jonny's Apothecary continues to grow as more and more friends and family seek help with conditions.

And I am sure that list will continue to grow. I also recently made some herbal pessaries using cacao butter, coconut oil, Echinacea and Turmeric powder - Recipe and pictures will be up on the blog soon enough.

I also visited the Herbs In A Bottle (HIAB) factory in Lincolnshire last week. We use HIAB tinctures at the University clinic and they were the first company I set up an account with to purchase stock for my dispensary. I was also very keen on experimenting on myself with lots of different herbs, particularly the adaptogen set of herbs that control energy, stress and hormones. I barely give any prescription that does not contain what is known as an adaptogen and i will be writing more about these in the future.
