“I contacted Jonny after a course of medical acne treatment - Accutane.

The drug is known for its harsh effects of ‘drying up’ sebum glands in the body to eradicate acne, however these glands are also in our joints to keep them lubricated and our eyes for the same reason.

I had terrible dry eyes, and stiff joints from the treatment as well as a lot of headaches and general aches and pains. I was applying eye drops several times a day even though I had finished the tablets, and I couldn’t walk very far as my joints were stiff and would be sore afterwards. I was 30 years old and felt like I was 90!

That mixed in with a bit of generalised anxiety, I had one herbal tincture and I couldn’t believe the difference in my joints and eyes. I’ve never put an eye drop in since, and my joints have felt absolutely perfect. I got back to running and the gym feeling really super! I also felt much calmer with the part of the remedy for anxiety.

I was really happy that Jonny knew exactly what to prescribe to support me at the end of what was quite a harsh medical treatment to bring my body back into balance.
